USI love learning from Lindsay Adler - she thinks the way I want to learn. I have learned so much and this is a wonderful organized way to learn posing. The information builds on itself and it helps to remember how to start with the basics.
USThis program gave me some great ideas to try with my models, what to watch for during the session. I am anxious to try these ideas. Seemed easy to follow.

HRFine Art nude posing guide by Lindsey Adler is an essential tool for learning to pose for both the photographer and the model. Through 57 pages, Lindsey takes us into a world of elegant and dynamic poses that reveal the beauty of a woman. Although everything is shot with just one light, because it’s about learning poses and not lighting, even as such, these poses look great. With the addition of one or two lights, and color gels, creativity knows no bounds. For this, I would recommend other tutorials in which Lindsey deals with lighting. Definitely to recommend it.
