Lindsay does a fantastic job of explaining the fundamentals so you get a deeper understanding of how to build poses for a variety of subjects, along with practical tips of how to direct your subject to get the pose. Instead of just giving a list of standard poses, this series teaches you the reasons WHY the pose works and how to correct common posing missteps. Highly recommend
